REINLUX HSC Wax is, due to its outstanding milling properties, suitable for manufacturing of models for crowns and bridges. HSC Wax burns residue-free and was developed for the REINLUX Overpress-Technology. The structures can be created also digitally, then milled and cast in the traditional way.
REINLUX HSC Wax only begins to melt at a temperature of over 100°C. As a liquid it is of low viscosity and remains
volume-stable. This facilitates the waxing. These material properties provide smooth surfaces in the casting and Overpress - technology.
The department for development of the Luxburg & Reins AG succeeded in combining two matters of different viscosity.REINLUX HSC Wax has the properties of wax and synthetic and is therefore in best way suitable for the examination of the design and modelling. REINLUX HSC Wax is not suitable for use in the mouth.
REINLUX HSC WAX from the LUXBURG & REINS factory:
REINLUX HSC Wax PressOveris an
absolutely residue-free burning dental
wax for the PressOver technology.
Thanks to the transparent high-performance
wax the accurately fi tting results
with pressed ceramics can be achieved
on zirconium and metal.
REINLUX HSC Wax Dental Controlis especially fi t for inspection of the designs.
The grey colour offers the required
contrast at the preparation border.
REINLUX HSC Wax FullMetal has
been developed for the purpose of
the new REINLUX cast technology for
manufacturing of metal structures from
milled HSC Wax structures. These
method offers to the dental laboratories
to obtain digitally designed structures in
all conventional alloys.
REINLUX HSC Wax Industry is a
expandable milling wax for industrial purposes.
The residue-free burning industry
wax offers extraordinary milling properties
even for larger objects.
